Shipping and handling costs are calculated based on the weight and selected method of your order. We ship most in-stock items in 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). If you choose UPS ground service, we may ship via UPS or USPS.
Return Policy:
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund (except software and SD cards - see below), minus shipping and handling costs. All products are subject to a 15% restocking fee (except where prohibited by law) if returned opened and not in original condition or in a non-factory box, provided that there is no restocking fee for defective products.
EXCEPTION: ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR SOFTWARE UPGRADES AND SD CARDS. THESE PRODUCTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE, AND MAY ONLY BE EXCHANGED FOR LIKE ITEMS, IF DEFECTIVE
Prior to returning any merchandise, you must contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). No refunds or credit will be issued for any merchandise returned without an RMA number. All returned merchandise must be in like-new condition, and in original packaging, with all included accessories. We will, at our descretion, pro-rate refunds or credits for items returned in damaged condition, or with missing accessories. You are responsible for all return shipping costs, and for proper packaging and insurance on all returns. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We will reject damaged package box and package box without RMA number clearly printed on box. For your own protection, please use an insured, trackable shipping method.RMA requests may be submitted via our contact form. Please include your name, order number, and contact information.
All return proudcts must have RMA number prominently display on the shipping label of boxes or it will be refused and returned back to the customer.
